1. Terms of Sale & Consumer Protection Compliance

These Terms govern all purchases made through thesareegirl.com and affiliated mobile applications operated by IBERRY WIRELESS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company") in full conformity with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020.

• Authenticity Assurance: All sarees listed on our platform are described with exact fabric composition, weave technique, zari specifications, and dimensions. Silk Mark certification numbers are affixed to all pure silk merchandise.
• Pricing & Taxes: All retail prices displayed on the store are inclusive of statutory GST. Itemized tax invoices detailing CGST and SGST/IGST are generated upon order confirmation.
• Contract of Sale: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when the order is packaged and dispatched from our Amritsar fulfillment center with a valid courier tracking AWB.

2. Privacy Policy (Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023)

IBERRY WIRELESS PRIVATE LIMITED complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA) and Section 43A of the Information Technology Act 2000 regarding customer data privacy.

• Information Collected: We collect customer name, shipping address, contact number, and email solely for order processing, logistics delivery, and customer service.
• Payment Security: Payment transactions are routed directly through RBI-authorized payment aggregators (Razorpay / Cashfree / Stripe). The Company does not store complete debit/credit card numbers or CVVs on our servers.
• Zero Commercial Data Selling: We never sell, rent, lease, or distribute consumer personal data to external marketing agencies or unauthorized third parties.

3. Shipping, Handling & Express Delivery Policy

We partner with premier logistics carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery:

• Dispatch Timeline: Ready-to-ship sarees are dispatched from our Amritsar fulfillment center within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
• Domestic Shipping: Free express shipping on all prepaid domestic orders above ₹1,999. Estimated transit time across Tier 1 and Tier 2 Indian cities is 3 to 5 business days.
• Tracking: Live courier tracking links are dispatched to the customer's registered WhatsApp and email address as soon as the package is handed over to the courier.

4. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We offer an equitable 7-day hassle-free return window:

• Eligibility: Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery. Sarees must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all security tags and blouse fabric intact.
• Reverse Pickup: We arrange complimentary door-to-door reverse pickup across 18,000+ PIN codes in India.
• Refund Timeline: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item at our Amritsar warehouse, 100% full refund is credited back to the source bank account/UPI ID within 5 to 7 working days.
